Titanium ingots

At the present we possess 8 vacuum arc furnaces allowing us to produce high quality ingots of single, double and triple melt. The technology of preparing the consumable electrode by the continuous compacting of titanium sponge in the vertical hydraulic press assures the homogeneity of the ingot chemical composition. The melting process is fully computerized which means 100% computer control of melting process parameters.
The ingots are delivered after surface machining and ultrasonic control.
