The technology of preparing the consumable electrode by the continuous compacting of titanium sponge in the vertical hydraulic press assures the homogeneity of the ingot chemical composition. The melting process is fully computerized which means 100% computer control of melting process parameters.

STK is approved in accordance with DIN ISO 9001: 2000 and AD-Merkblatt WO / TRD 100.

In addition to the current production we are in position to melt any alloy upon Customer’s request.

LCMA ingots are manufactured by VAR method. The ingots are delivered after surface machining and 100% ultrasonic control.
